He wouldn't have announced the filibuster if he didn't. He's letting some of the Senators in red states vote yes, but he knows they have enough. I think I'm right on that.

After the significant failure of the Republican party to control it's members on Trumpcare, Schumer wouldn't commit to an embarrassing failure if he didn't have the votes.

He's letting those in vulnerable seats exit so we live to keep fighting after 2018 & 2020, but this battle is ours now. I believe this is the strategy.

10. But what about these Dems?

I can't quite tell if the list means they won't filibuster or they won't vote or commit to voting no.

HAVEN’T SAID (6)

Sen. Michael Bennet (Colo.)

Sen. Chris Coons (Del.)

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (Calif.)

Sen. Angus King (I-Maine)

Sen. Bob Menendez (N.J.)

Sen. Mark Warner (Va.)

SQUISHY (2)*

Sen. Ben Cardin (Md.)

Sen. Patrick Leahy (Vt.) (I assume he's voting No but won't filibuster)

And 3 Dems are voting yes on Gorsuch which is beyond infuriating.

I'm going to call all of them in the morning.
