Trumps first 100 days and

gas prices are now 50 cents per gallon higher. That's is about $1,000/year rise in my budget.

1. To be fair, I never found gas prices as a good gauge of effectiveness of a President.

I know it's an easy thing to do because it's always something out there front and center, but gas prices are so volatile and contingent on so many external factors I find trying to tie them to Presidential policy nearly impossible.

There's a lot of better things to measure a President on.

Not apologizing for Trump here, just being honest. Gas prices were all up and down during President Obama's term too.
