Right after the election, I thought I would listen to Thom Hartman again, I had no clue about RT or that he was on it and such; and he had some Russian "expert" on (admittedly pro-Putin) and they were saying that the Dems had better stop saying Trump was a puppet or it would make Trump start a war (with Russia, I know this is Syria, but similar) to prove he wasn't.

Dems are MAKING poor Trump do things. This is sickening, this pretend-liberal faction telling Dems to be oh so careful what we say or we will make Trump do bad things. This isn't Putin's Russia YET!

Wasn't he one of the people saying that if the United States elected Hillary Clinton she would start a war? Didn't he say that Donald Trump would be less belligerent than Hillary Clinton? How many countries is Trump now considering bombing? How many times have we heard talk of putting American troops on foreign soil? How many air strikes has Trump ordered? Blaming Democrats for Trump's actions is a great deal easier than admitting he was wrong.

If only President Trump was mature enough to make and stand by his own decisions, then Democrats wouldn't be to blame for every stupid, impulsive, selfish, reckless, immature, petulant, whiny, and childish thing he did.

I know some folks say he was an important voice in the latter part of Bush II's reign, but that wasn't exactly a lonely row to hoe, and I somehow managed to take part in numerous demos and intensive online activism without even hearing his name.

I wish I had back some of the time I wasted arguing about Greenwald with some of his fans during the past eight years or so. I pretty soon learned not to bother.
