The NCAA is a corporation, and they applied a huge amount of influence to North Carolina over the bathroom bill; several Republicans mentioned it specifically as a reason they had to vote for the semi-repeal.
Are we really sure corporate influence on politics is all bad?

It was the influence off consumers on the corporation... Which the corporation acted to ease.

I have no issue with associations wielding their power. Many of them are out there fighting for us every day. Associations are a way to build villages in today's society.

claiming that they were doing prohibited political activity as a 501(C)3.
It won't go anywhere, but they are determined to push back and try to punish them.
