So, with his attack on the Russian airstrip and facilities in Syria, does that mean that all the previous information gathered in the investigations is wrong? He really is not that close to Putin and Russia? Just as he says, the Russia link is all a "hoax"?

Should we now end all the investigations? Isn't it now obvious that he is no friend of Russia?

Isn't it time to shut down the investigations? Can you not see how distraught and emotional he was from the "video" of the small children that had been gassed?

The evidence has lead to him his family, and so many of his group that the FBI has enough to put all of them in jail.

He worked out a deal "for the good/confidence of the U.S. public" in the election process to take out his group first. But the FBI would not point fingers at him or his family. In exchange he does this token attack so it doesn't look like he was directly involved with the russian interference. And he steps down due to health problems.

Okay, tinfoil hat off for now but will keep it handy if the WH is purged and he steps down. (Always loved the cheesy spy or detective stories. )
