Instead they're lead by an utterly evil and crazy guy who was brainwashed into believing he's some kind of 'god king' or something. Trust me, this isn't some kind of cry for help or anything else with good intentions. The people of NK go hungry because their 'dear leader' spends damn near the entire GDP on building weapons to threaten the US/SK/Japan with.
