He says on Twitter that he served on the Clinton WH staff and was a veteran of three campaigns. nt pnwmom Apr 2017 #5

To whom did those Intel agencies hand over the tapes? What criminal acts?

That a bullshit tweet with no substance.

although you seem to know of him.

Even so, there's far too much being left out to trust the tweet at this point. As soon as we hear the tapes, then I'll believe it.

This is just like the supposed videos of Trump in Russia. Lots of rumor, nothing actually released.

Again, this is such a vague claim, and from someone who doesn't seem to be a necessarily reliable source, that I have major doubts. Or have I missed other, concurring information? I've been away from any news most of the day, but there's absolutely nothing new in this thread.

I'm more concerned with his statement about tapes being turned over to unnamed recipients. Any proof they exist?

We've been through this sort of things so many times before, that I'll believe it when I hear or see the aforementioned tapes.

The entire family needs to go down in flames of infamy - otherwise we'll have to deal with their antics and assholery for decades to come.
