unfortunately.

After bomb dropping the approval of said act will be something like 67% approve

about how "presidential" he was. It stands to reason he'd drop another, bigger bomb to get continued adoration. North Korea should be really worried.

between a rock and a hard place--if they condemn some of Dump's antics and war-mongering, will they appear sympathetic to the "enemy"?

I feel like everything is spiraling out of control and no one is speaking up as a voice of reason.

I would like the Democratic leadership to say something.

There has never been a time when the US was not at war. War is the default condition in a country with thousands of military bases and a war budget that dwarfs all others.

The Us has been at war with various South American nations since the first interference in support of the slave-owners in Sainte Domingue, now Haiti. Those wars continued through the 19th and 20th centuries up into the 1970s in Cuba.

In the 20th century, 2 world wars and constant follow up wars with Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Haiti again, twice in fact, and again many South American countries.

The fighting ended on 27 July 1953, when an armistice was signed. The agreement created the Korean Demilitarized Zone to separate North and South Korea, and allowed the return of prisoners.

If you count every war that didn't end with a peace treaty as still ongoing that's a lot of wars...lol

most are undeclared wars, except for the victims.

And Nicaragua, Honduras, numerous African countries, and more. Most are called defensive responses, or peacekeeping missions, anything but calling it a war.

And that does not count the internal war against non-whites that is generally called policing.

It's the only explanation.

If our government won't do right by us, we can damn sure insist that they at least bomb the hell out of some strangers. Reasons are for losers.

The rest of us see it for the transparent deflection that it is.

Some trumped-up (pun very much intended) excuse that they bombed an "ISIS tunnel" (likely bullshit) in order to 1) distract the news media from Trump's crimes and 2) to distract us with fireworks because Americans are basically barbarians and like stuff that goes boom.
