If the marketplace is so much better than government

why are European airlines so much better than ours?

1. the marketplace

The idea that the marketplace is better than the government, in most cases is something the corporations/ republicans have been actively selling/forcing on us since W WAR2....We can prove this idea over and over again when we take major parts of our economy and put them into view, healthcare for one...we pay 2 to 2 1/2 times more for it than any other country and have lower standards for our people than almost every other country....The majority of the rest of the marketplace is controlled fully by corporations and not by supply and demand that has controlled it for many decades.....In essence the corporations control everything,at the moment the constitution is the only thing that's saving us but that is being assaulted i.e.. "corporations are people"
