What the F***! Are we really supposed to believe the MOBUS video?

Color me Cynical. I was in college during the Viet Nam war. I'm supposed to believe this video is showing some really, really, big ass explosion and believe that it killed a lot of ISIS people?

I hardly know where to begin with this shit. First, after the illegal and secret bombing of Cambodia and the false flag Gulf of Tonkin event which was staged in order to escalate our involvement in the Viet Nam war which ended up being when the term "Quagmire" was coined, and the Bush administration's refusal to let journalists into Iraq unless they were "embedded" with the troops, we're supposed to suddenly believe the frigging generals when they tell us to trust them? Trump's generals?

That video shows nothing but some explosion with absolutely nothing to show us the true scale of it. No people, no buildings, no vehicles, not even a road or path or tree so we can see the gauge of it. It could just be some random ravine in the desert which we have no idea of it's size and the film is grainy, black and white, and of poor quality (what a surprise!).

Hell! If our space satellites can pick up a car's license plate in full color and resolution, why is the military film so bad?

They claim it creates fire that rushed through the ISIS man made tunnels and burn everything instantly. No follow up film, of course. And no film of dead ISIS people either. No corroboration from anyone in the region.

Color me cynical. I have way too much experience to believe this at face value.

I think they had a budget of $25 for the sets! They actually didn't think it would be much of a hit.

$16 million bomb to take out 36 terrorists. Estimates of ISIS strength are all over the place, but if we accept a number of 20,000, They can all be wiped out for only $8.9 billion. Yeah, right.

Mob hitmen would be cheaper.

We can see the "30 foot bomb" strike, but the resulting explosion doesn't look all that big or damaging.

"Boys with their toys" - disgusting. Scrub brush trembles with fear when they hear us coming. As do airstrips.

Cynical skepticism?

Exactly what happens when deplorable assholes weasel in a sociopathic Liar-in-Chief enjoying another weekend of golf at his resort.

I'm not sure how Trump is spinning it, but when it comes down to it, it seems it was a tactical decision by our military leaders to take out a series of tunnels in a remote area they deemed import to Isis' operations. Which is really the only way such a large bomb should be used. Our illegitimate president only knew it was a big bomb with great destructive power, so of course he authorized it.

I don't think he understood exactly what the purpose of the operation was beyond "big boom", so he was sidestepping questions on his approval until he knew whether he would need to throw someone under the bus, or take credit.

I think it was very convent to have cameras located on what had to be another plane as the bomb was dropped and then just outside of blast range when it went off. Who was manning the camera at the drop site?

These aircraft were designed as transportation aircraft but are also used as gunships.
It has a broad range of sensors onboard like infrared cameras. The crew dropped the bomb a circled the target area to monitor the impact.

The video is consistent with similar large scale attacks.

during Viet Nam and was very anti-war, and that was before we even knew we were being deceived. I am not only immediately skeptical, but pissed. I don't like ISIS or ISIL or whatever the F it is, but I also don't like spending beaucoup bucks on a fabulous explosion to thrill the audience and deflect from the shiny object. My vocabulary is not adequate nor is my outrage.
