In my readings about this Baku hotel, Ivanka is reported to go there once a month to "supervise" on details, even tho the hotel is located in a backwards area when no tourists are likely to even find it,
and roads to it are not completed, plus a host of other alarm-bells-going-off details.

It really seems more likely than not that the Trump family is a criminal family enterprise.
