Ivanka Trump adds a chief of staff

I used to be a government employee; I never had a staff, and she's a newbie.

Ivanka Trump adds a chief of staff

The first daughter is expanding her White House team, and is leaning heavily on veterans of the George W. Bush administration.

Ivanka Trump is quietly staffing up, and she’s filling out her team in the West Wing with former officials from President George W. Bush’s administration.

They despise Bush as they consider him to be GOPe and they really hate Ivanka and her husband Jared so Ivanka filling out her staff with former Bush officials is going to increase the divide between the "Trump can't do no wrong" loyalists and the hardcore Freepers.

In the above article it mentions Jared already had hired a hollywood horror film publicist for pr? I guess in a way the horror part is fitting for this WH.

Article from when he hired him.

appears to be one of a very few sane, smart and experienced people who will be wandering the WH halls. Check out this article about her:

I am glad Ivanka is hiring some experienced people to advise her. We all know the Con isn't making many, if any, major decisions himself, and I'd rather rely on advice of some experienced voices to keep the ship of state from sinking!

We have to realize, like it or not, The Con is the current President. Obviously you can tell how much I detest him because I will not type his name or ever call him President! We have to work with what we have available. Margaret was a GWB appointment but I feel she's better than what we had up till now. Right now, no child left behind is not on her radar screen and I believe many more important issues are a much higher priority. At LEAST she has govt experience and should be able to keep, or slow down the inexperienced mistakes this admin makes EVERYDAY! Right now, my only hope has been the Generals the Con pit in DOD and National Security.

It will be a miracle if we dislodge Ivanka and Jared from their unelected Vice-Regencies in our lifetimes.

This truly is the end of American democracy. We are in Empire now.

Ivanka Trump has a Chief of Staff.

It's beyond absurd, but Politico reports it as if, tra la, of course she does.

They will never leave that House, believe that. They will change the damn laws and everything in them before they relinquish an inch of power. Full on monarchy. Your only ethical responsibility now is to absolutely deny and reject that this is normal.

They're claiming Ivanka and Jared aren't being paid, so they can avoid the restrictions of the law against hiring relatives. Unless they're paying Ivanka's staff out of the profits they're realizing from the sale of the Trump brand, this looks like a legal violation.
