Trump at 100 - his real problem is Leadership

God knows there have been enough tomes written about the WHAT HOW and WHY of leadership so I'll keep this as short as possible.

Leaders don't have to be introduced and they don't have to tell you they are a leader. People know a leader if not instantly, very shortly after. This isn't always the person by title in an organization (formal or informal), leaders emerge naturally regardless of the situation. The light comes to them, no staging needed.

There's a huge difference between barking orders at people and leading especially if the people you are yelling at are at the will of your every whim. This applies to both the military (Cav Scout 90-93) and in regular life.

Trump's base doesn't see him as a leader either. He's a old white guy in a suit - what they are used to a leader looking like and they desperately crave. He's an empty shell that they bought and are embarassed to take back for a refund.
