The way he attacks the media is nothing short a declaration of war.
And the press is not real crazy about him either.
The press has always given the Republican Party a benefit of a doubt which they would never accord to the Democratic Party. But, it is past time that the media tell the American people about how Donald Trump is violating our Constitution. And how the Republicans in the Senate, namely Mitch McConnell, refuses to do anything about it.
The conflicts of interests, which can be national security risks, are plentiful and McConnell knows about them. But he refuses to do his job. It is a sad state of affairs.
The Constitution is very clear about taking money from foreign sources. Republicans know and understand that Donald Trump has holdings in countries that Donald Trump, himself, has called a conflict of interest, and they do nothing about it. It is a betrayal to America and all that we believe in.
The media must report these facts. The kool-aid is very potent when there is a cult of personality. People are easily persuaded. They cannot know what they do not know.

(50,560 posts)The only way I want to see that bastard on any screen I own after he's removed from office is in prison denims, with a prison crewcut, sitting on a steel bunk with no mattress and talking about the crimes that put him and his entire administration in the federal pen.

(63,221 posts)being on the earth ever has. And the sound of his voice makes my skin crawl. I can't understand how any decent human being can stand to look at or listen to him. He is the most loathsome, odious person on the planet.

(1,046 posts)I find it disturbing, as does OP, that no reporter is stepping up and reporting on Trump's egregious bullshit. There is better reporting from the UK, for God's sake.
Grow some balls, MSM!!!

Also, they need to constantly remind the citizenry that Donald Trump is in violation of the Constitution. And the Republicans know it but don't seem to care.
