Macron won by more than anyone predicted - 66%. Somehow, mostly English tweets by obvious right wingers joyfully attacking Macron didn't seem to sway the French -- who would have guessed? Maybe had they bothered to find college kids who had taken French! Or, they could have noticed that 82 % of the French have an unfavorable view of Trump -- and they love Obama and Kerry.

Also, the % of voters at 73% was considered low voter turnout. The USA hasn't had that kind of turnout since the late 1800's. Civic responsibility matters.
