Was this to get Yates off the front page?

Because Comey said he wouldn't charge Clinton on her emails and Trump is looking for revenge now that she is back in public life? Or is this full-Watergate attempt to derail Trump/Russia investigation?

I could be wrong, but I think this is the opening salvo of a trump impeachment.

Trump/Russia has been going on so long, it feels like an eternity. We knew BEFORE the election that he was compromised, at least anyone sho paid attention. But it didn't seem to matter to the news media or voters.... I don't see the GOP getting on board, no matter what. God I hope I'm wrong.

The just fired an FBI director who was in the process of investigating the guy who fired him. Advised by a guy who perjured himself and is recused from all things Trump/Russia as a result. WTF? They looks so blatantly guilty now, I keep wondering if this is some sort of contorted attempt to deflect.

Nixon was just an average political crook looking to beat regular political rivals. This is firing the director of FBI to cover-up collusion with a hostile foreign power to undermine our elections. And the GOP is fully complicit.

I think even some of the most stalwart of repubs are disturbed by this.

The Trump/Russia collusion investigation just blew up into a bigger scandal than it already was.
