In early going Team Obama has out spent Team Romney $110-85 million

Sounds like Mittens and his pacs are biding their time. I hope that the Obama campaign is purchasing TV time closer to the election as well because Mittens and his pacs could over saturate the air-waves such as they did here in Wisconsin for the recall--by buying up the time well in advance.

$200 Million and Counting
NBC News: "Overall, since the general election contest began in the spring, the campaigns and the outside groups have spent nearly $200 million on ads, with Obama and his supporters outspending Team Romney, $110 million to $85 million."

It is what Rove did to Kerry prior to the 2004 convention, and made it harder for Kerry to change the general public's first impression of him.

It is smart for Chicago to load up now, especially in battleground states.

Define Romney NOW with the Bain, outsourcing, and Massachusetts stuff. When Romney tries to counter later, it will fall on a skeptical populace's deaf ears.

Romney, tactically, is repeating Kerry's mistakes. He is letting his opponent define him.
