it for the rest of his life that he put this fool in office, and now he can't even redeem himself because the fool fired him from the investigation, his only chance at redemption.

I thought Comey was a smart cookie.

That was of course before the unprecedented public trashing of Hillary in July, then he fell for the "more emails" gambit (possibly planted by rogue FBI agents/Russian operatives), then wrote the Oct. letter without investigating the alleged new emails first, and his most recent fuck up, the "hundred and thousands of emails forwarded by Abedin to Weiner's computer" which was total embellishment (a lie).
I mean who says "hundreds and thousands"? Nobody. That was a total tell that he was lying. People either say "hundreds" or "thousands" or "hundreds of thousands", not "hundreds and thousands".

Turns out he's not so smart. I do hope however he was smart enough to back up his evidence on thumb drives that are hidden away because I know trump's crew has ransacked his office while he was in transit from L.A.

If he has he may be able to resurrect his career. Otherwise he'll be a sad, pathetic shell of his former self, a subject of ridicule hated more and more the crazier trump gets while handing over the country to the Russians.

After President Trump accused his predecessor in March of wiretapping him, James B. Comey, the F.B.I. director, was flabbergasted. The president, Mr. Comey told associates, was “outside the realm of normal,” even “crazy.”

For his part, Mr. Trump fumed when Mr. Comey publicly dismissed the sensational wiretapping claim. In the weeks that followed, he grew angrier and began talking about firing Mr. Comey. After stewing last weekend while watching Sunday talk shows at his New Jersey golf resort, Mr. Trump decided it was time. There was “something wrong with” Mr. Comey, he told aides.

Trump is mentally ill in some fashion. I'm sure Comey's realization is likely and in the wake of many others around this president.

If you're truly country first, ignoring the Russians and everything else, you don't allow that to remain with the nuclear football.

he is every alpha male's dream of what life should be like. To be king. People adore you, do your bidding, give you everything you want, sex money power. If someone in the court is not loyal, he'll bring you (the king) down unless you get rid (emasculate) him first.

In a civilized society most men realize this is unattainable but strive to control their own kingdom. Trump is a control freak who would be king.

He is symbolically beheading all of us who disagree/don't like him. Taking away anything Obama did just to show us he can.

I mean, look at the despotic kings and dictators scattered throughout history. Then look at a guy like Donnie, who had everybody doing his bidding for decades because of his money and influence. It unbalances you and you start to think differently, and lose touch with any other reality. Call it drunk with power.

Trump wanted power and the only way he could get it is to get rich, that would give him all the pretty women he wanted and he thought it would bring him respect. It didn't. All he got was the respect of deplorables. It must be driving him crazy.

Today was the craziest day of his presidency (I know, I've said that a couple of dozen times already) but bringing in the Russians after firing Comey? Absolute corruption.

Don-the-Con to fire Comey. And it's not because Stone is worried about tRump's "reputation". He's guilty of something himself, and wants it stalled, if not completely shut down.
