with severe cuts to health care to offset the huge tax cuts for the rich.

they just won't call it a tax cut.

4. well the less they actually pass, the better.

unfortunately, i feel they'll have to pass the tax cut somehow.

they'll keep the obamacare provisions and let it increase the deficit if they have to, blame it all on obama, and then insist they need even more republicans in congress to get the deficit under control....
