He is NOT mincing words on CNN. He is saying that they must focus on this threat as a national security issue, and that the dems should not mix it in with the Russia investigation as it muddies the waters (in his opinion). Honestly I think he's right at least initially.

Dershowitz is saying this is the most serious accusation EVER and while it is not technical illegal for the prez to make such a statement it is a threat to our allies and our own country and national security. Damn.

Also seriously, Rump apparently compromised one of the intelligence pathways that helps safeguard us right here in the U.S. by collecting inside information from ISIS--which has vowed to destroy us. Pissant little group or not, it could hurt us.

I'm not an alarmist, but it's reasonable to assume we are less safe than we were before 45 started bragging to the Russian foreign minister.
