Here's what we're dealing with here in Indy . . .

I ride the buses all the time too, and rode home today on one that featured a loud beeping noise because the bus was preparing to overheat. That has happened to me three times lately, and it doesn't seem to matter if it's a newer bus or an older one. And it is a stroke of good fortune to get on a bus that actually has working AC. This is what passes for public transportation in the good ol' USA.

I'm surprised I've never run into Mr. Hammer on the bus or at that stop he mentioned; if I have, I didn't recognize him. Maybe he wasn't wearing that Red Sox hat.
