Trump: "No politician in history has been treated worse or more unfairly" than me

http://www.cnn.com/2017/05/17/politics/trump-comey-memos-latest?lf-content=196198393:lb-post-7fd3a058f916b802f2d66349ad1804a5@livefyre.com&hubRefSrc=permalink

Trump: "No politician in history has been treated worse or more unfairly" than me

Toward the end of his address, Trump alluded to the turmoil unfolding in Washington right now.

"Over the course of your life you will find that things are not always fair," Trump told the cadets. "Things happen to you that are not always warranted."

“"But you have to put your head down and fight, fight, fight," Trump said.”

Though he didn't directly address the Comey fallout, he said "no politician in history has been treated worse or more unfairly" than him.

But, he added, "things will work out just fine."

Dolt45 speaking at Coast Guard Academy commencement.

I'll go backstage, before a show, and everyone's getting dressed and ready and everything else. And you know, no men are anywhere. And I'm allowed to go in because I'm the owner of the pageant and therefore I'm inspecting it. You know I'm inspecting, I want to make sure everything is good, the dresses, "Is everyone OK?", you know they're standing there with no clothes, "Is everybody OK?", and you see these incredible-looking women, and so I sort of get away with things like that.

Obviously he is desperate for any kind of support or even the appearance of support. As most every crowd would at least clap politely for him. So he gets all these news clips for the networks of him looking 'presidential' and getting applause from roomfuls of some of the most respected institutions in America.

So embarrassing though that he uses these opportunities to whine and complain, blame others and lie.

No other president has attempted to fire and hire staff and advisors from Day One with the express intent to block off each and every department in all branches of government from exposing his crimes.

Justice Department? Check. Congressional committee heads? Check. FBI? Check.

His motivations have been glaringly apparent from the get-go. While the media suffer to determine why Trump takes the actions he does, if you view it through the lens of obstructing justice, a 5th grader could see the pattern.

He gave this speech in front of a bunch of military academy grads. This is a group of leaders, people who have been trained the be the leaders of our military going forward. Young men and women who hold discipline, honesty, and responsibility in the highest regard. It's an absolute insult to the armed forces that this clown speaks in front of them and plays the victim. Pathetic.

For an officer, Trump's conduct is the absolute opposite of everything they've ever been taught about leadership. Trump is a coward, a liar, and a pathetic excuse for a leader.

Of Republican ideology. Trumpy is a victim of bad press. No fault of his own, of course. Christians are the most persecuted religion on the planet; Jew and Muslims need not apply. White people are oppressed. Right to Life supporters are misunderstood and . . .

The beat goes on. Whine, whine, whine.

Fox News and right-wing radio echo the message. The current line is why didn't Comey prosecute Hillary, why did he wait so long after writing his damning memo, why hasn't the Clinton Foundation been obliterated????

When the whining doesn't do the job, the art of distraction kicks into gear.

I agree with Charles Pierce: these are the mole people.

Does he remember "Crooked Hillary" and "Pocahontas" and "Lyin' Ted", etc.?

At least his insults and horrible treatment of politicians is bi-partisan.

Symptoms of behavior pattern

The Mayo Clinic lists the symptoms of narcissistic personality disorder as follows (and comments are added in parentheses to emphasize distinct difference in what drives or motivates narcissistic behaviors):

Believe they are better than others and proud of their narcissism (key trait — constantly seek proof of this)

Fantasize about power, success and attractiveness (as proof of superiority)

Exaggerate their achievements or talents (finding pleasure in making others feel small)

Expect constant praise and admiration (as proof of others’ inferiority, abject deference, etc.)

Believe they’re special and act accordingly (seeking acknowledgement of their higher status)

Fail to recognize other people’s emotions and feelings (key trait — lack of empathy; they are lost in own neediness, relating to others as possessions, extensions of self)

Expect others to go along with their ideas and plans (as proof of others’ subservience, solely focused on their comfort, pleasure)

Taking advantage of others (relate to others as sources of pleasure, like objects, possessions)

Express disdain for those they deem inferior (key trait — use shame, guilt, fear as tactics, etc., find pleasure in hurting others to keep them in their “place”)

Are jealous of others and believe others are jealous of them (perceive the world as a constant competition, that others have same “might makes right” philosophy, are fighting for status, superiority etc., as they are)

Have trouble keeping healthy relationships (lack emotional intelligence, which requires balancing compassion and esteem for self and others)

Set unrealistic goals (as outcome of unrealistic expectations of others who, according to their belief system, are supposed to “like” being treated as possessions, extensions of the narcissist)

Are easily hurt and rejected (due to unrealistic expectations, which keeps them dependent, needy, constantly looking for proof own entitled, superior status)

Have a fragile self-esteem (again due to unrealistic goals for entitled status)

Appear as tough-minded or unemotional (characteristic of wounded, fragile ego, as defense against emotional intimacy, closeness)

Again, the disorder is not diagnosed unless the symptoms limit or impair functioning in one or more key areas of life, and this is especially important when considering certain symptoms that a not key identifiers. A belief that one is special, fantasizes about success, or wanting others to go along” can all be very healthy traits in and of themselves. They can become unhealthy when the key identifying traits of narcissism are present.

In closing this sexual predator is dangerous................................

123. A Prayer that Trump takes this PRACTICAL face-saving way out for himself
Thu May 18, 2017, 06:27 AM
May 2017

Lord . . . please let Trump see that the best course of action for him now is to go to his infamous private Doctor in NY, and get another Doctor’s note, one that says: . . . his HEART condition is such that he needs to reduce his stress level and he needs to go back to running his BUSINESS, and thus needs to turn over this job (ie: being 45) to someone else!

Lord, it would be nice to not have in each day . . . a sickening feeling that there is a:

Greed driven unstable president in the White-house

One who enables a greed driven congress and is a catalyst for hate groups

One who has burdened us with a twisted set of appointees placed into key positions (EPA, Education, the Energy Department . . . to say nothing of what is going on at the Justice Department!)

Because he has surrounded himself with ideologues, who are nothing more than inexperienced enablers, this unfolding craziness will go on and on . . . till there is a REAL EXTERNAL crisis (one not of his own making) where we might all be hurt very badly.

Heaven help us all.
Amen

131. The Inaccuracy of that Statement Is Amazing
Tue May 23, 2017, 01:00 AM
May 2017

A few minutes looking at twitter and thinking about history shows the extreme inaccuracy of that statement. The first few names that came to my mind were Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama. A little time spent on twitter reminded me of people like Nelson Mendela, Benazir Bhutto, and An Sun Su Chi (misspelled her name). Finally, I just thought of Congressman John Lewis. The same might be said of every black politician over the age of 60, especially those from the South.
