Why a tweeter who strongly suggested arrests may happen tomorrow ( about a week ago) is
no longer using the phrase Sealed Indictments.

They couldn't arrest him until he left the country (where an actor/double wouldn't be recognized). The Air Force One that he left on was actually a C-130 in disguise, with a FISA pilot.
They'll extend the trip a couple times so that they can arrest all the Russian agents before the swap is revealed.
