If they sport the r after their names they are, to varying degrees, absolutely in on it. Even if they are merely complicit by silence,they are in on it.

2. Not necessarily. It doesn't really go in order.

If trump goes first, Pence will appoint someone to be his VP. That person would succeed Pence if he's booted out.

In the unlikely event that trump and Pence are ousted simultaneously, Ryan would become the president. He would choose his own VP. Hatch is pretty far down the list.

5. I doubt that will happen.

We'll get Trump (if he doesn't resign or attempt to usurp authority before that point). But the Republicans will fight to keep Pence. And Ryan will be subjected to a process other than impeachment so it's not like there will be a impeachment domino effect.

And the Republicans will fight to keep Ryan, too.
