Ivanka Trump is the Kim Kardashian of the Trump Organization.

Every day, Donald Trump must chuckle that paying for Ivanka's nose, cheeks, chin, and breasts were the best investment he ever made.

No doubt about it: Ivanka is a beautiful woman to view. And Donald Trump is using that advantage as leverage in business and politics. It isn't Ivanka's "feminism". It's her looks. That's cynical and antediluvian.

And that fact really is a problem for me. If she said anything that demonstrated that she had an edge in business or high morals, the beauty factor wouldn't trouble me. But the fact that her beauty is a mask for her father's ugliness, that's untenable for me.

Like Kardashian, Ivanka's looks preclude examination of what kind of a woman she really is.

She is a Frankenstein's monster of what her daddy THINKS people should find beautiful but like all Republicans, that image focuses solely on being tall, thin, blonde and "attractive"...these are NOT what makes a woman beautiful and that is the error inherent in their world-view.

Kim Kardashian may be many things, but I'm pretty sure she's never tried to humanize someone who has literally separated children from their families. Or someone trying to take away health insurance from 24 million people. Or someone who openly spouts anti-Semetic and white nationalist talking points on a routine basis.

And I'm positive that she never provided cover to people who have committed treason by allowing a foreign power to have unfettered influence over our government.
