Almost like daring Trump to fire her. Instant superstar if so...

The independent investigation into possible ties between Russian efforts to interfere in last year’s election and associates of President Donald Trump is necessary, U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said in an interview that aired Monday morning, so that the issue can be put to rest.

The Department of Justice announced last week that former FBI Director Robert Mueller had been appointed as a special prosecutor to oversee the Russia investigation, a move that the president took little time to characterize as “the single greatest witch hunt of a politician in American history.” But Haley, visiting Jordan on her first foreign trip as Trump’s representative at the UN, voiced support for Mueller’s appointment.

“I think we absolutely need the investigation,” she told NBC’s “Today” show. “I think that all these questions need to be answered so that the administration can get back to work.”

To me, that statement says there's no Russian dirt on her. So that's one.

And she'd certainly stay if he gets a promotion.

But I also think she--wittingly or unwittingly--plays a role as a character in Trump's Kabuki theater with Russia.

...after it takes on too much water. I think she's shrewd. Haley's burnished her "foreign policy creds" by serving at the UN while cultivating an image of being independent from slavish loyalty to Trump. She may be he only example of someone who so far has managed not to be publicly demeaned through her association with Trump. She is setting herself up for the future.

However she forgets that 46 will decide on who closely works with him based on what she has (or doesn't have) between her legs 😂
