Obama's opinion seems to be gaining traction in the news...

I'm wondering how possible of a scenario it is that he breaks with tradition and becomes a sort of surrogate voice for the American people as Trump's administration falls to pieces. Do you guys think that's possible? What kind of outcome would that produce?

How could it possibly be worse than what is happening now? We have a walking, talking, train wreck for a president. If Obama can convince anyone to withhold judgement until we can get this shit storm straightened out I'm good with that.

which he was, he was viciously attacked no matter what he said, by the right.

If he says anything now they will make it all about him instead of the criminals in the WH so I dont think he will stray too far from tradition.

falling apart, and we have lost our international status, he is trying to mitigate the damage. Maybe NATO or the UN will make him a special ambassador, of some sort. Anyway, I hope he keeps it up. We need him to remind the world what more than 1/2 of America is like.

God, we need to take back the House and Senate, especially since they have the Supremes. We have the credible news, intelligence, and the strong resistance.
