cenk ugars piece on private collection agency.

southern states are outsourcing there unpaid fines from traffic and court fines to a private collection company that adds thousands in fees to minor fines that poor people cant pay. When they dont pay up they are allowed to imprison them adding 31.00 a day for the amt. they owe.effectivly returning to debtors prisons of the past . I really think this is a way for states to get rid of all the minorities and poor people while making a profit in doing so.How long before they have prisoners out picking cotton or harvesting crops just like the old days .read about it here http://www.nytimes.com/2012/07/03/us/probation-fees-multiply-as-companies-profit.html?_r=1&hp
