I sang, danced my ASS off, & cried my Heart out..into the wee hours.

I felt I time -traveled. Back to the days of being totally PIST & READY to fight for DEMOCRACY.

& then, on npr or cspan,
I heard TAMMY DUCKWORTH, giving COMMENCEMENT ADDRESS, 2017.

O, my DEAR LORD! WHAT A PRECIOUS, AWWWSOME WOMAN.
Not able to post her speech, but PLEASE. FIND IT.

The other morning at breakfast it all let loose on me, my wife came out and found me just sobbing and held me tight. I've never cried like this before. A death of a loved one yes, but not ...this.

And it's weird, it is not that bad...yet, so what is it?

We are all morning something, the end of innocence? the end of civilization? the beginning of the end? Can anyone put their finger on it?

11. It happens to me, too, a lot.

I just don't see a way out of this mess. I'm sure that there is one. As the problem is bigger than just me, so the solution is bigger than just me. So I have to believe that someone, somewhere will find a way out. Together, if we can just come together, we can face anything.

When I have a moment, I'll make sure to watch the commencement speech. We could all use a little uplifting right now.
