(11,101 posts)and they set up a controlled buy with someone they believe is a lower level member of a larger conspiracy, these folks would have us believe that the law requires that person to be immediately arrested, even if it means blowing the entire operation? Nonsense. There is no requirement that evidence of a crime must be immediately acted upon, or ever acted upon for that matter.
