In the war that the writer below describes, older generations have one advantage: we tend to give more weight to online sites related to traditional media -- the WA Post, NY Times, Newsweek, etc, and our cities' newspapers.
But people who didn't grow up with a newspaper on the front steps are less likely to be able to distinguish between traditional sources of vetted news, and cites like Info Wars and the Daily Caller.
And they're not teaching this stuff in most high schools, or even colleges.
