Issue an executive order that recognizes “covfefe” as a real word meaning a world-wide problem of a magnitude beyond what any man can imagine – and then put Jared in charge of solving it.

Announce that he and Melania are expecting a baby. His Fundie base already believes that pregnancy is possible without intercourse, so it will be an easy sell.

Declare that the Earth is flat, and pollution isn’t a problem because it just rolls off the edges.

And then there's always the "desperate times call for desperate measures" tweet:
