Is linked somehow to evidence that DHS hacked GA voting systems after the election. I am starting to believe that Russia hacked the voting machines in GA and switched some vote tallies and that DHS was trying to find proof. There is no paper trail in GA. I believe Hillary won in GA and the other swing states as well.

(39,343 posts)The IC has been coordinating several leaks and reveals about the extent of the Russia/trump relationship but todays arrest is from a leak that I do not believe is associated with Team Lizard. People of all shades and stripes are exposing the truth.
I have no idea if these two things are related, but I think its a very distinct possibility.
I think this election was stolen and sometime we will know all the details

(92,242 posts)had trump leading in most of the polls:

I think at best I think you can speculate that perhaps the polls for Georgia were within the MOE, but trump had a slight edge on most of those pre-election polls
However, as far as the machines being tampered with or hacked, based on the news today, that seems like a real possibility

(11,243 posts)Pundits like the gin up interest by saying a state is in play when it is not. Clinton had a good month over the summer, but as it got closer to election time, Trump was never really in doubt.
NC was on the bubble. It's an evenly split state now. The courts threw out most of their suppression laws, but not before they caused a great deal of confusion. Funny thing, Trump voters used same-day registration more than Clinton voters, if I recall, so might be that they were going to win there anyway.
Wisconsin, DEFINITELY voter ID and suppression.

(4,009 posts)This should be huge, and should lead to all states considering the integrity of their systems. Of course, this would defy the most held meme, "well we don't think they actually hacked the count", though that's exactly what would be the most natural consideration for any hacker.

(4,439 posts)No way in hell either. Totally rigged and stolen election. Anyone who follows elections knows it. And bought and paid for electors helped them too. Even with all of the gerrymandeting, voter suppression, vote and voter purging, use of easily hackable e-voting machines, closing/moving of polling places, and so on snd so on, Hillary still won the popular vote by millions. PLEASE vote in the primarys on paper ballots! We have to stop this tragic tyranny from taking hold in our country.

(34,076 posts)is completely separate from the system tallying votes. The reports I've seen (including the intercept story) are about illegally accessing the voter registration system.
