(62,451 posts)I would be amazed if Ossof wins.
Remember in the primary when it looked like he might win, but Fulton county suddenly had some problems?
Yep. more of that to come.

(54,770 posts)the district has elected the likes of Newt Gingrich, Tommy Price and Johnny Isakson for the past 25 years or more.
While Clinton did well in the District in 2016, Tommy Price won by 23%.
Hope those folks break Democratic in the special election, but it's going to be tough.
Ossoff has run a good race, but GOPer PACs are coming after him like he's a "commie," free spending, friend of Nacy Pelosi (which I don't find bad, but white wingers do). Ossoff is actually sounding rather middle-of-the-road, which is probably a necessity in that district.
We'll know next week.

(33,619 posts)she won by 3 million votes. Nate did not take into account voter suppression and Russian hacking in key States, turning around about 50,000 votes. Trumps margin of victory.
The GOP can steal this one just the same.

(111,110 posts)that the more Ossoff is advertised in that District, the better the Republican will perform. Because Republicans tend to not vote for people they don't care for, unless they are attacked or feel threatened by Democrats. Sometimes the less said, the better. Just a weird theory, I know.
