He's lying right now, nothing short of bald faced lying about all of this.

This time he said "I don't recall if a meeting took place."
It is almost impossible to prove that someone was lying if they say they didn't remember.

declare $20,000 in income on my tax return next year. I'll just tell the IRS that I 'don't recall' if I earned that $20,000 or not. I guess that's now good enough to get you off the hook.
