I tried to clean the tweet up but still it reads like gibberish.
Why is Hillary Clinton’s Family along with the Democrats' dealings with Russia are not being
looked at but things I never did are now coming under inspection?

That doesn't seem right. I think that is something he just made up. I googled it and I only saw "non-dealings" in reference to Trump's tweet. The next closest are references to "non-dealing clause". I'm not seeing anyone else using the word "non-dealings".
