But it's never going to go away, all it takes is the smallest thirteen states to refuse to amend the Constitution to get rid of it. So, the way to win means to play the third-dimensional chess game of winning enough states, and it just didn't happen for Hillary Clinton this last time.

Lesson learned for the future, I hope.
