So McConnell wants to have another health care vote after the 4th of July?

“Some say” he's a master tactition. But he'd be a real jerk to go for it right after the holiday that reminds us of our history.

Dems ought to grab the opportunity and make hay.

They have to have their all-male, secret meetings to re-shuffle how to extract the 800 billion from Medicaid for tax cuts for their rich client bosses, then they have to submit it to the Kochs for okay, then try to sell it to the Freedom Caucus and the so-called moderate repugs, then they'll get on their faux-Christian knees and pray for a much better CBO score (not) — all that's not going to happen in time for a vote right after the July 4th recess.

What McTurtle is looking at realistically is maybe a slim chance of a vote after the summer recess in August, if at all as this thing looks like it's DOA.

where the finished product has to pass both chambers one more time!

Meanwhile, everyone's yelling for the promised infrastructure and bipartisan tax cuts.

And then we're rolling into 2018 campaign season.

Failure is such a beautiful thing!
