Twitter is a machine of confusion.

It is limited to everyone telling us what they think in 140 characters or less and we have no idea whom to trust and whom not to trust? It is like a stadium full of people doing the "wave". It does very little to enlighten the public. It is a creation that confuses every subject matter that it touches. It is the most harmful means of communicating that has ever been invented, in my humble opinion.

1. I agree with you 1000% and I say this as a technologist. Twitter adds to the net entropy of

the universe big time. It starts at Twitter, ripples outward and then reinvents itself on Twitter. It's often like a giant jamming device.

It can be conveniently deceptive in its brevity. I have found it to be useful in areas that are under serious government crackdown and other situations. For example, certain periods in Iran.
