General Discussion
Related: Editorials & Other Articles, Issue Forums, Alliance Forums, Region ForumsWhat do you think Trump and Putin "really" discussed?
My hunch is that they talked about the "deals" they had discussed before Trump became the President? Probably the large oil field discovery in the North Sea and if Trump could still get his percentage of the deal if he can persuade the Republicans to pull the sanctions? Tillerson was probably very involved in the discussion, also, since he was the former head of Exxon-Mobil and had his own deals with Putin already and had won the most prestigious award from the Russian government.
Anything else that was discussed was done in passing. It was the business deals that were of the most interest to Putin and Trump. Their businesses, not their countries, was of paramount importance. How much money could they make? The Trump Family should be very happy after this secret little meeting.

The fact that Trump didn't issue a stern warning to Putin & slam him for the intervention in US election is disgraceful. A surrender monkey?
