Jared decided to just try really hard not to get caught, and to make a huge pile of money to pay for the best lawyers in case he does.

However, I don't imagine that he has spent a lot of time familiarizing himself with campaign law. It would be impossible for one person to know 100% of everything in the law, but it does pay to spend time brushing up on the topics that concern the business at hand.

As well as a teacher in his school (a private Jewish-affiliated school here in NJ). All three said separately that he was not very intelligent or well-read, rather got by because of Daddy's donations. He was very snotty, condescending, and not pleasant to be around. They also said there was no way he deserved to get into Harvard- common knowledge he bought his way in, not qualified at all.

I would think that after seeing his father go to prison he would do everything possible to avoid that outcome.

..."snotty and condescending" seems about right.

They all (the Trump extended family) act sthough none of the normal rules and laws apply to them. None.
