7. They are brainwashed into thinking that Obama and the Clintons did worse.

I'm not sure how to reach them.

Over the July 4 holiday I was assured by a 71 year old man that "the south is full of Islamic militant cells, because Obama opened the floodgates and let them all in. And the FBI isn't allowed to investigate them."

I'm sure that he also believes that Hillary was coming for his guns.

Any fact we bring up to refute this nonsense is dismissed as "fake news." They are convinced of their alternate reality.

Haven't you been reading the news stories of Trump-supporters road-raging against Muslims, pedestrians ripping burkhas off of passers-by, stabbing people to death for defending the defenseless?

They're already doing this under the belief that Trump is God come down from Heaven. I don't even want to speculate what kind of senseless, berserk, violent monsters the Trumpanzees will be when they realize what a squalid conman he actually is.

9. I honestly do not understand why the non-racists and non-wealthy support him.

There is nothing about his policy positions that is beneficial for the average American who is not a racist or a millionaire. Yet he has throngs of lower and middle class Americans - many of whom are probably not racists - who support him like he was the local sports team. Not only that, he is intentionally making everything worse as his lying, treasonous ass sits in the White House. I simply don't get it.

All 3 branches and SCOTUS, it may not crash, completely. They will pardon each other. SCOTUS can do anything it wants. Roberts might stand up, as he doesn't want to be seen as a cartoonist leader for his legacy.

13. I've Been Seeing Some Of Their Comments On Facebook Lately
Thu Jul 13, 2017, 02:20 PM

Some of them are just mind-numbingly stupid. They're actually shocking in their ignorance. They spout things as facts that aren't even in the same zip code as the truth. I think they really have convinced themselves that Donald Trump is the Messiah come down from the mountaintop. I saw one person say (in response to an article written by Rush Limbaugh, claiming that all the charges against Trump are nothing more than a web of lies made up by a concerted media effort and aided by the Democrats to bring Trump down) that if Trump is removed from office, there will be a revolution, "the likes of which no one has ever seen before." Yeah, right.

I've also been assured a number of different times that the Russian collusion "fake scandal" and the obstruction of justice "fake scandal" are both completely and totally dead right now, and that it's been proven convincingly that "there's nothing there." And this was posted TODAY. Doesn't exactly feel like those things are "dead" to me. Does it to you?

And on lots of other Facebook posts, I see righties screaming about all this great stuff Trump has been doing since he's been in office. About how he's brought billions of dollars back to this country, how we're safer than ever, how he's making business deals left and right that are benefitting our economy, about how our standing in the world is better now than ever before, about how he's definitely going to serve two terms and be considered possibly the best president in our nation's history. I mean, it's truly delusional stuff.

I see comments from these people that are forehead-slappingly ignorant. And what's frightening is that these people walk among us. How they manage to find their way home at night, I have no idea.

I just read that the whole Fredo meeting with the Russian lawyer thing will backfire on the Democrats because the "Russian lawyer" was a paid operative of the Democratic Party hired to set Trump up.
