That he had his security clearance SF- 86 revoked temporarily because he had medical debt. What the actual fuck that these people still have any clearance at all

That worked for the FBI that fell behind on his mortgage by a few months and he was terrified that he was going to lose his clearance. They do not mess around at all. Which leads me to believe that Jared may have already lost his clearance.

4. Why is one allowed to change their form retroactively?

Not disclosing that info on the original is a crime. It's been many months since
Jared did his form. The changes he has made are obviously the result of
being caught. He should go to jail after a humiliating public trial.
