* Treasonous conspiracy to steal an election with the help of a foreign government
* Selling out your country to an eneny to enrich your family
* Using Russia's help to subvert the will of the American public and create one party rule

...and onto the actual crimes committed.
Collusion is still useful for the political process which should rise to judge their actions, regardless of whether they can be pinned down to a criminal act.
