If you were running for President...?

...and you had a Swiss bank account and a tax shelter in Bermuda and money hidden in trusts all over the place, wouldn't you try to clean up that mess before you ran for the Presidency?

What type of person would keep all this accounts, as if everything was OK with such accounts, and try to conceal anything that might be politically damaging?

If you find it hard to imagine such a person, think of Mitt Romney. The laws are not made for him. They are made for other folks. Remember when we thought Bebe Rebozo was a crook for being a bagman for Richard Nixon. This is worse.

in the first place. But, then, I'm not a power-hungry asshole, so I don't have that stuff, and I'm still not running for President.

and what you were going to do with all your wealth once you were gone, wouldn't you like the estate taxes (death taxes) to be really low and would that be incentive enough to run for the Presidency, along with the power and prestige of being the leader of the free world...?

Never gave any of that stuff a thought, though. But, then, I don't have an estate that amounts to much, and not offspring, so no worries on that account either.

Romney does and he has a lot of offspring he would like to share it with when he goes, in my opinion. This is just my guess.

I think it's a result of Romney's narcissism. I don't think it's about money at all. It's feeding an already over-inflated ego.

For the rich. Rmoney feels it's nobody's business, and I think he is looking at the big picture.

That alone makes him too out of touch and unqualified to be president.

Bush was much better at deflecting obvious conflicts than Romney. "Got Wood".

I is hard to imagine you could be running for president for 6 years and not yet have ready made answers to completely obvious questions. Romney is a terrible candidate.
