Dems are planning on a procedural move that the Senate will not be officially in recess. They're doing that so Dump can't fire Sessions and appoint a new AG without Senate approval.

has a full schedule until 2018 and he'll be stuck with Rosenstein, if he tries to get rid of Sessions.

I mean after the MS13 members are rounded up and shipped out, and the Muslims are deported along with any undocced immigrants, what is there to worry about?

The hyperbole about DHS having no one in charge is silly. During the Obamacare administration Rand Beers served as acting secretary of DHS for more than 3 months.

The one thing we don't need to do is stretch to find things about this administration to criticize. There is enough real crap to point at.
