Could Pence be one of the leakers?

He might not even be a direct leak to reporters.
But, he could have his staff members take certain things to reporters.

I base this on:
Pence was one of the few people who would accept the VP spot.
Pence was likely not going to win reelection as Indiana Governor.
This was a forced marriage between a foul mouthed adulterer and an Evangelical.
Pence is a true believer in GOP social, economic and foreign policy.
Trump is a true believer in Trump.
The GOP establishment wanted Pence there to keep an eye on Trump and run things.
That seemed to be the deal that was okayed by Trumps family.
But, once Trump got there, he decided to play President for real.
That freaked out the GOP establishment who decided to SLOWLY bring Trump down.
They couldn't alienate Trumps base by appearing to bring him down.
So, they had to make it seem like he was doing it himself.
Pence had others loyal to the GOP and not Trump around him.
Priebus, spicer, and Huckabees daughter.
They would all much prefer a President Pence.

The big question now is: where do General Kelly's loyalties lie?
We shall soon see.

if Pence or his staff was one of the leakers...pence wants the presidency so bad, he will stop at nothing to be able to sit in that chair in the oval office!

Technically, Pence was elected, but not really on his own.

My guess is no, but once again I believe this is unexplored territory.

Once elected, I believe a VP must also resign or be impeached.
Any constitutional scholars here?

Pence may be so damaged he will have to go anyway, this may be the fruit of the independent counsel.

I actually came on here to post the same, but you beat me to it.

I'm not a fan of either Pence or Trump but maybe the best outcome is to let them battle it out. If Cheeto ever finds out that Pence is behind the leaks, it will be "every man for himself."

He doesn't call her by name...I think it's Karen.
He always refers to her as "mother". Who knows what he calls his real mother.
And, he is either so horny all the time or just so pious that he refuses to be alone with another woman. He insists that another person always be present.

Just imagine Britains female Prime Minister inviting him to tea.
"0h, ma'am I appreciate that, but I'm afraid I couldn't concentrate on policy if we were alone because I'd be distracted wondering what your lady parts look like. And, my pastor says I should only have those thoughts about mother".
