2. law enforcement agencies love the War On Drugs, so this would be a way for trump to funnel

money to them, and give them more legal options to bust people. law enforcement leans right to begin with, so this is just an easy way to solidify their support, and act "tough" on drugs. RWers lover that stuff; never mind individual rights and all those people suffering from chronic pain who will have their quality of life greatly diminished, and their pain and medical hassles greatly increased.
