She was just one of the many victims of the 9/11 attacks. Now obviously, there is no comparison between the hate riots and the 9/11 attacks... in terms of scale. But let's apply some of the things we've heard, some of the victim blaming, some of the gross defenses that have been made about the actions at the hate riot and what happened to Heather Heyer with what happened to Betty Ong.

I'll begin...

"Do you think that maybe she did something to deserve it?"
"Maybe she shouldn't have been in that airplane that day, right?"
"Well they brought down one of the planes, so they were fighting too."
"Hahaha, love it!"
