this one stinks of "educated people are oblivious and stupid"

Much like the "joke" that went around in rural America about "cattle guards" during the Obama years (joke was that Obama was going to save tons of government money by eliminating the millions of cattle guards on the payroll).

This one devalues educated people much as the cattle guard makes fun of city dwellers who don't know what one is.
